MHLD attorneys may only register for one of these programs.) \nThe CPCS Mental Health Litigation Division training unit presents this important webinar with trainers from the Wildflower Alliance (formerly known as the Western Mass Recovery Learning Community). We will be exploring the roots of trauma\, how it may affect your clients\, and how to approach your work with them in a way that honors their experiences while increasing your ability to form a productive attorney-client relationship. You will learn tips and strategies for your first contact with a client experiencing different forms of distress and leave the training with a handout you can use in your practice. \nWe will be using breakout rooms for role-playing the skills we learn.
