DESCRIPTION:This half-day interactive workshop – soon to be required for all non-managerial staff – will address the fundamentals of workplace discrimination and harassment prevention. Attendees will also learn and practice proactive bystander intervention methods specific to CPCS’ unique work. As these trainings are in a pilot “beta” phase\, this is your chance to impact how we train CPCS staff in creating a fair\, safe\, and respectful workplace culture.
