Zealous Advocacy in the District Courts

The Zealous Advocacy course is the CPCS certification course for eligibility to take district court criminal appointments.    In order to be eligible to begin taking cases you must be a member of a Bar Advocate Program, successfully complete the Zealous Advocacy Course and you must obtain a “vendor code” from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
