Harassment-Free, Bias-Aware in the Workplace

This half-day interactive workshop – soon to be required for all non-managerial staff – will address the fundamentals of workplace discrimination and harassment prevention. Attendees will also learn and practice proactive bystander intervention methods specific to CPCS’ unique work. As these trainings are in a pilot “beta” phase, this is your chance to impact how we train CPCS staff in creating a fair, safe, and respectful workplace culture. Feedback welcomed and wanted – and you’ll be covered for the requirement when it comes around for everyone else!
