CPCS MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAM – MANAGERIAL ESSENTIALS (MLP 1)

CPCS is committed to training and supporting our managers to promote management success and effective leadership.  Last year we launched a new two stage CPCS Management & Leadership Training program:  MLP I – Managerial Essentials, and MLP II – Managerial Excellence.

We encourage all managers and supervisors (attorneys, social workers/SSAs, investigators, AAs, operations employees, etc.) to apply for one of the 24 participant slots.   We will also accept applications from other staff who are interested in becoming managers.

Acceptance is by application and invitation.
