It will be both in person at the CPCS Conference Room A, 1350 Main Street, 6th, Floor Springfield, and also available on Zoom, (link below).  Steven Paymer of Paymer Associates will present on unique issues and strategies for challenging drug screens in court.  We will discuss motions in limine related to drugs screens and how to challenge admissibility.  Steven Paymer has proven to be a great expert to review client drug screens and testing practices.  Knowing the gold standard for testing is crucial.
