Join the EdLaw Project for training on school discipline basics.  We will focus on suspension and expulsion hearings including the legal background, required due process, the impact of the pandemic, and the rights and responsibilities of the school district, parent and student, as well as strategies for success in discipline hearings.  We will also discuss protections and advocacy strategies for students with disabilities available through the manifestation determination review process.
