Litigating Racial Profiling after Long: Step 1 – Discovery

Now that you’ve read the Long case and practice advisory, maybe you’re looking to learn how to actually litigate racial profiling under the 14th Amendment?

Attend this training and you will:

1. Learn the impact of the Long case on our discovery practice how can we use it to get discovery litigate racial profiling.
2. Work in a small group to identify how to litigate potential sources of discovery on a sample case.
3. Work with other interested lawyers from your county/region to make a plan to obtain and share resources to help support litigation consistent with Commonwealth v. Long.
4. Hear some ideas of how the concepts in Commonwealth v. Long could be expanded into
   other factual scenarios
