On November 28, 2015, a Boston Globe Editorial supported raising the felony theft threshold. The Globe’s conclusion on the matter, “[I]t doesn’t take a deep analysis of data to know that Massachusetts ought to raise its felony threshold to $600 — or better yet, $1,000.
