The Boston Bar Journal published an article, “The Impact of Recent Revisions of the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct on Confidentiality.” Written by Martin J. Newhouse and Jeffery D. Wolff, it is a good read and an excellent summary of changes that apply to all attorneys.
