The Group Insurance Commission (GIC) offers Mass4You – our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Administered by Optum, the GIC’s EAP vendor, Mass4You is available at no additional cost to all active state and municipal employees and their immediate family members eligible for GIC coverage. Enrollment in GIC health insurance coverage is not required to access services offered through Mass4You, and participation in this valuable new program is confidential.
