The [email protected] email address has been retired, and we now have a new web-based helpdesk system, helpdesk.publiccounsel.net. Being web-based this new helpdesk system can be used from ANY computer or phone or table with a web browser.
Use this for:
Password resets, Computer, Phone, Network/Server issues, File access, Email, GoToMyPC, Printers, Virus/Phishing concerns, Software installs, New Feature Requests, PICK, Reports, Request a new program, WordPress
Don’t use for:
- Facilities requests: use OfficeSpace
- Ebill/Vbill: send questions to FINANCE
