If you don’t delete voicemails from your work voicemail box, it will eventually stop accepting new messages as it fills-up.
When you delete a voicemail email from your email inbox it does not delete it from your phone inbox. So, unless you login in to your phone inbox to delete voicemails, your voicemail box will fill up and be unable to accept new voicemails.
Below are instructions on how to login to your voicemail from outside the office and check and delete old voicemails.
- Look up YOUR Group Portal Number (table, below)
- Call the YOUR Group Portal Number
- At the greeting, dial your extension and press the # key
- Enter your passcode and press #
- Listen to and delete unneeded voicemails.
