You can now directly check the SPAM filters for captured email whenever you want. You will still receive reports, but you can also perform ad hoc checks.
Key notes:
We have two separate SPAM servers, so you will have to check BOTH servers to see all your captured email- You can only check the SPAM servers if you are on our network (i.e., you are on a PC at the office, on CPCS WiFi [Zyxel]) or accessing your work computer via GoToMyPC)
- If you are NOT on the network, you can’t release or delete SPAM from your phone or tablet or home computer or on webmail
Steps:
- Login to either of our two
separateSPAM servers (link is also at the bottom of the SPAM report email, too). The addresses are:- http://192.168.110.174/login.php
- http://10.10.15.174/login.php
- Bookmark these two addresses in your browser, so you can find them at a later date
- Go to a server by clicking on the link (above), and for the first time
- Put in your CPCS email address
- Click the forgot your password link below the password box. This will trigger an email with your password
- You will receive an email with a password that allows you to login to that particular server
- To change your password to something memorable, click the settings tab on each server
- You may simply stick with the computer-generated password, if you wish
- In the future, to check your filters for email, simply click a link in Step 1 and login
